1. Preliminary assessment: a clinical and radiological evaluation (cone beam, CT scan if necessary) is used to check bone quality and gum health.
2. Implant placement: under local anesthesia, a small incision is made to access the bone and insert the titanium screw. The procedure usually takes a few minutes per implant.
3. Integration phase: over a period of several weeks to several months, the implant integrates firmly into the bone.
4. Placement of the prosthesis: a crown or bridge is attached to the implant, restoring the missing tooth in an aesthetic and functional manner.

In some cases, a temporary prosthesis can be fitted immediately after surgery, allowing the patient to maintain an aesthetic smile during the healing phase.
